Flashback Memories is a QR-powered digital memory platform that allows people to collect, share and preserve photos, videos and messages in one private or public space.
Create a memory page for weddings, birthdays, memorials, corporate events, concerts, baby showers and more. Guests simply scan a QR code to upload and view memories instantly from their phone — no app required.
Unlike traditional photo sharing, your memory page can continue growing over time as more moments are added.
Simply sign up, create your event or memory page, and your unique QR code will be generated from your gallery, by selecting Publish QR code.
You can customise your page, upload your own content, and start sharing immediately.
No. Guests simply scan the QR code using their phone camera and the memory page opens directly in their browser.

Yes. Guests can contribute photos, videos and messages directly to your memory page by scanning the QR code.
You control whether uploads are:

Higher plans include:
• Larger file sizes
• More storage
• Extended video support
• Longer archive retention

Example: Free Trial allows up to 20 MB per file. Standard plans allow up to 100 MB. Pro and Archive tiers allow up to 500 MB per file.
You will still be able to access existing content, but new uploads will be paused until:
• Storage is freed up
• Or your plan is upgraded
Storage duration depends on your selected plan.
Some plans are designed for short-term events, while others include long-term or extended archive options for preserving memories over time.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Flashback Memories gives you control over who can access your memory page and contribute content.
Your page is accessible through your unique QR code or private link. Because the QR code can be shared by guests or event organisers, access ultimately depends on who the code is shared with.
For additional control, you can:
• Regenerate your QR code at any time
• Revoke previous access links
• Set pages to private
• Enable upload moderation
• Control who can view or contribute content
This gives you flexibility while still making sharing simple for guests and events.
Yes. Flashback Memories is designed with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws in mind.
Users may request:
• Account deletion
• Data removal
• Access to stored personal data

We store your data on servers within the UK and EU. You can request a full data export or permanent account deletion from your profile page at any time.
Yes. Depending on your settings, you can:
• Approve uploads before they appear
• Remove content at any time
• Restrict who can contribute
No. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
We do not store your card details.
Billing & Plans
Yes. We may offer free trials or limited free plans for new users to explore the platform before upgrading.
Features and storage limits may vary.
Example: Free Trial gives you 7 days of access with 1 GB storage, up to 10 image uploads, and a 2-day QR code. No credit card required.
Yes. Most plans are available with monthly or annual billing options.
Annual plans may include discounted pricing.
All recurring plans offer a yearly billing option that saves you the equivalent of 2 months about 17% off the monthly price.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If you experience a technical issue or billing problem, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
QR Codes & Sharing
Your QR code remains linked to your memory page unless you choose to regenerate or replace it.
If regenerated, previous QR codes and links may stop working.
Yes. Flashback Memories QR codes are designed for:

No. Flashback Memories is completely independent from social media platforms.
Everything is stored and shared directly through your private memory page.
